About Us:
Diaman H Stables is a family-owned horse farm nestled in the gently rolling hills of southern Iowa. Since our establishment in 1991 by Mike and Diane Hagerman, we have grown into a premier APHA breeding program that emphasizes quality in pedigree, athleticism, confirmation, disposition, and color. We have maintained a focus on raising exceptional reining, roping, and working cow horse prospects ready to make a mark in the future. There are Diaman H horses in nearly every US state, 9 Canadian provinces, and 5 continents including South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
We are proud to carry on the bloodlines of the legendary Ris Key Business with daughters and granddaughters born right here. Also represented in our broodmare herd are daughter of renowned AQHA/APHA reiners, cutters, and APHA Champions including: Color Me Smart, Delta Flyer, Trashadeous, Like Diamond, Holidoc, Delta Olena, JR Colord Rambo, Docs Malbec, Kenos Jackpot, Freckles Playboy, Doc Doll, A Tru Rolex, Gay Bar Drummer, Passion Buck, QT Poco Streke, Strait From Texas, Strait Gunsmokensugar, Mr Big Heart, Zippo Pat Bar, Dallas Alley, Roulettes Hit Man, Bar Money, Lil Peppy Sugar Bar, and, of course, Ris Key Business. Granddaughters of Doc Bar, Docs Solano, Doc Olena, Colonel Freckles, Peponita, Hollywood Dun It, Peppy San Badger, and Ris Key Business provide more exceptional lineage.
